Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements and that you have the authority to bind yourself or your entity to these Terms.

As a user interested in PC games and immersive gaming, you agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, transmitting viruses, engaging in harassment, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

PlayThreadX does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. For users under 18, parental consent is required for any data submission.

In the context of our game trailers and PlayThreadX games, acceptance of these Terms also applies to any interactive features, such as commenting on our game development blog or signing up for updates on narrative-driven games with sophisticated gameplay.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, game trailers, video game careers listings, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by PlayThreadX or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

PlayThreadX owns all intellectual property rights in the PC games, indie games, and related assets showcased on the Site. This includes copyrights in our cyberpunk games, game design elements, and digital worlds concepts. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of PlayThreadX.

You may not modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without express written consent. Trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Site, such as the PlayThreadX brand, are the property of PlayThreadX and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users, or in any manner that disparages or discredits PlayThreadX.

For our immersive gaming community, limited permissions are granted to view and print portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial use. However, any game trailers or screenshots from innovative games remain protected, and unauthorized sharing or modification is strictly prohibited.

As a Barcelona game studio, we take pride in our unique game development blog content, which includes proprietary insights into sophisticated gameplay mechanics. All such materials are copyrighted and cannot be used without permission.

User Conduct

• Interfering with the Site's operation or any user's enjoyment, including uploading viruses or using bots to scrape content related to our innovative games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our game development studio systems, or other user accounts.
• Using the Site for commercial purposes without permission, such as promoting competing indie games or cyberpunk games.
• Submitting false information in forms, such as newsletter signups for game trailers updates or video game careers applications.

If you submit user-generated content, such as comments on our game development blog, you grant PlayThreadX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not violate third-party rights and complies with these Terms. PlayThreadX reserves the right to remove any user content at our discretion and to terminate access for violations.

In our digital worlds, we foster a space for discussing narrative-driven games and sophisticated gameplay, but all interactions must align with these guidelines to maintain a positive environment for our Barcelona game studio community.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, reporting to authorities if necessary, and liability for any damages incurred by PlayThreadX.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and all content provided are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PlayThreadX does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Your use of the Site, including interactions with game trailers, PlayThreadX games previews, or game development blog posts, is at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the Site, particularly regarding upcoming innovative games or PC games developments.

In no event shall PlayThreadX, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. As a game development studio focused on indie games and cyberpunk games, we strive for excellence, but no Barcelona game studio can guarantee perfection in dynamic digital environments. Users assume all risks associated with downloading or accessing any materials from the Site.

Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
